What kind of value would I be looking at?
In terms of Draft Pick(s) or Player + draft pick.
I think I'm in need of a RB and possibly a QB.
Or am I better off holding onto V.Cruz?
I currently hold 1.09 out of 14 teams.

He's still undervalued dispite a top5 season. He's rock solid as long as he stays in NY with Eli. If trading him for a pick I'd want 1.02 For a player/pick combo I'd look at something like Lynch + early 2nd. Thats a rough guess...every owner is different.
Looking at your lineup though, I wouldn't want to trade him. He and Calvin represent the best starting duo in your league I'd assume. Not much WR depth behind that. Agree you need RB help...but you may have to hope your 1st rounder pans out for that
Ideally, I'd try and trade your 1.09 and a lesser player to move up and get one of the 4 RBs in the draft you just need to get 1-3 spots up to have your choice of solid rb prospects

I would keep Cruz as well. You need two strong WR's. Cruz did have a bunch of long TD's, and he won't match his numbers last season. But, he'll still be a top 15 WR in that offense. Underrated QB with an elite WR1 to take away coverage allowing him to eat up inferior DB's with a lot of single coverage. Teams have shut Cruz down when that is their goal, but then Nicks eats them up. Teams have seen the tape on both sides of the coin and I think that Nicks will continue to get more attention moving forward. Also, the #2 wr in that offense has always put up grat numbers. Smith in '09 w/100+ catches. Manningham in '10 late in the yr when Smith was out and now Cruz last season.

But might look to trade up further in the draft to maybe solve my QB or RB issue, though I might be able to fix my QB issue at 1.09 depending on how the draft goes. If I cannot fix my QB at 1.09 I think I can fix my RB problem then.

Agree on keeping Cruz. Still explore deals and see if someone will knock your socks off like you say. But he's pretty valuable right now so don't sell yourself short.

Well I can be stingy trader for better or worse, unless I want someone really bad enough. Nothing wrong with that. We are going to do an article about styles of play. In fact I am going to start a thread to get some imput .
