You got robbed in first one IMO, but did welll in the 2nd. Harvin really peaked near the end of last season when the Vikes figured out he's there best option again. He and wallace will be very close and obviously Rodgers= huge upgrade over Romo. You better hope Best has a couple big games and then move him.. IMHO I suppose all of us see RBs different. I don't see much difference in Best and McFadden. Both seem to get injured every year. Both put up huge numbers when healthy. Oakland confuses me. They ran a ZBS when McFadden was drafted. He absolutely sucked in it. They then changed their blocking scheme to what he ran in college and he ran pretty good. So what do they do this offseason? They scrap that and go back to the ZBS. Also one other way to look at that trade is to assign them picks in a new startup dyno. Rodgers is going early fist (say 1.04). McFadden has been going early 3rd (say 3.02), Ryan is a mid 6th rounder (say 6.06) and Best has fallen to 8th ish round? (lets call it 8.06). So would you trade your 3.02 and 6.06 for a 1.04 and 8.06? Even if you throw in a 1.05 rookie pick it's hard to see how a person got "robbed" here.

Gamblers, that's exactly how I tend to break down trades too in dynasty to equate for the value of the deal.

12-team PPR. Just traded Crabtree and 1.6 for Steve Smith Car and Reggie Bush
Would've liked to have kept the 1.6, but looking to win now.
New starting lineup - Rivers, McCoy, MJD, VJax, Smitty, A.Brown, V. Davis and R.Bush or DJax at the flex.

Here is a list of trades in one league: Jacoby Ford, Jeremy Maclin for Roddy White MJD and Wes Welker for Austin Miles and the 1.01 In the first deal give me Roddy by quite a bit. Guy is as consistent and dependable as they come. Even with Julio lining up on the other side. The second deal really depends on my team. It's hard to give up the elite production you'll get with MJD and Welker but TRich is soooo tempting. That said I'd favor the MJD/Welker side in the deal.

Traded away Stafford for Lynch, Sid Rice, and Flynn.
Already had Rodgers and needed help at RB.

Traded away Stafford for Lynch, Sid Rice, and Flynn. Already had Rodgers and needed help at RB. Well that is a no-brainer.. nice get. Love alll three for you and since you had a stud to spare, you get you back and I love lynch assuming he keeps working now that hes paid. Rice and Flynn should be tons of fun to watch and have HUGE potential

Traded away Stafford for Lynch, Sid Rice, and Flynn. Already had Rodgers and needed help at RB. It makes sense for you due to having Rodgers, but I think you undersold Stafford. He's my #2 ranked dynasty QB. He "should" have been able to fetch more than Lynch. This would make for a good debate. Owners that have spare talent and trade it away for an upgrade even though they lose on value. Question, did you field any offers for Rodgers? He would've obviously brought back a bigger name than Lynch. Sid and Flynn are just throw-ins imo. Lynch is being drafted at the 3/4 turn while Stafford is late 1st to mid-2nd.

Take a look at that IDP draft you linked. Lynch went a half round ahead of Stafford. From my observations, Both have been going mid 2nd to mid 3rd. I'm also not exactly sure what bigger name I should have been looking for. Lynch is my #7 ranked RB. I highly doubt I could have got one of the 5 others I ranked higher (already own Mathews my #6 ranked). Also, as I've mentioned in other threads, I'm big on Rodgers (and a packer fan to boot). Players like Rodgers, Calvin, and Gronk are not ones I trade but try to acquire. So I never seriously considered trading Rodgers.

Just made these 2 trades
I needed a QB, so 10th pick for Peyton and 3rd next yr.
2nd trade, I gave 2.1 and Winslow for Rudolph and a 3rd

The Rudolph trade won't be determined for awhile, but if he puts up a top 8 season then you have yourself a steal. The key is to get these guys early. Even if they seem expensive now, it'll look like a steal later if your intuition is right about a guy.

The rudolph trade is the right move IMO, I like the manning one based on need and who are we kidding, the guy prob has 3 more top end years left. That's an eternity in dynasty.
