Just a quick reply to address some of your points.
Harvin was #6 in standard PPR scoring. I guess you can say he's not a top5 guy but getting close to splitting hairs there.
Yes he got a lot of targets last year as the teams only playmaker. He also goes into this year as the teams only playmaker. Who else are they throwing to? Any elite WR that finishes at the top has a high amount of targets. Too lazy to look, but I assume Calvin and Welker had a ton. Not only that, but he was the #1 WR in football after they MADE him the teams focus on offense in the second half of the season.
You're worried about him not being a redzone threat. I'd again remind you he finished #6 last year at the same height. So obviously he can produce at an elite level at his height.
If we are worried about competition for targets we REALLY have to worry about Dez. He has two pro bowlers ahead of him. Austin and Witten are studs and not going anywhere. He has zero chance to put up elite numbers while getting the small amount of targets he will get while those two are on the same team.

No one is saying that you can't like Harvin better......you can....and you can draft him ahead of Dez all you want. You just won't be bringing me along for the ride is all.

You just won't be bringing me along for the ride is all. makes for great debate which is what truly helps others.... ;D Yep, I'm not trying to make anyone agree with me. It's just a lot of times I get hear the "this guy can be elite" thing and it bothers me for some odd reason. I recall many folks last year who picked a plethora of RBs before Foster in debates even after his monster year. They used the same "Player X can be elite", and Foster is just a product of the system and "not elite". It always felt like they were trying to inject underwear olympics into discussions of FF production. I'm just a simple drafter. I want the guys I know will score me the most points. I don't care if they are short or tall, heavy or light. I do care about attitude since I've seen so many recent cases of that screwing up good situations for players.
