I'll honestly never get all the Tebow hate. The team was an absolute mess when they put him in. I'd like to thing he was directly responsible for instilling a winning attitude among his teammates. So a Denver fanbase that's expecting to finish dead last in their division suddenly finds it's won the division as well as their first round playoff game. Now they are all dropping to their knees in joy they got rid of the guy? Did he run around killing and raping various people in his free time? You'd think the fine folks of CO would publicly thank him for a great year and a fun ride not mock him and ridicule the team they traded him too.

I'll honestly never understand why anyone who says anything negative regarding Tebow "hates" Tebow. Second, Gambler you missed the part where I said I was a Pats homer. I don't hate Tebow at all. From what I've read he's an amazing person, far better than me. What I hated was the media and lemmings that followed him to point where I was actually wishing for Favre news again. ESPN and NFLN were bad enough but the Denver media led every single friggin report with Tebow. That's what I hated, not the person but the over the top media coverage. It was the same with Farve, and I'm sure why a lot of people outside of New England can't stand Brady, just because of all the media attention. My "bwahahahah" about Tebow going to the Jets was because of my expectations of what effect Tebow will have in the most disfunctional locker room (including HC) in the NFL. I think there will be some who will actually resent Tebow and it will further splinter that team. And indirectly will help the Patriots.

Hi everyone. New poster here. I'm a Denver native, and started going to Bronco games with my Dad in 1960. We finally purchased season tickets in 1962 just so we wouldn't have to stand in line to get tickets anymore. I have only missed about a dozen home games in the history of the franchise, and I have attended four Super Bowl games (all losses — I stopped going, and they started winning — hummmm). My son is now the third generation in our family to own the season tickets.
As for Tebow, I did cartwheels when he was traded. People always ask me why I hated him so much. I respond that I didn't hate him at all. On the contrary, I loved him as a person, admired him in fact, but I hated him as an NFL quarterback. Five minutes of great football cannot excuse 55 minutes of horrible football, IMO. While I admit that there is a slim possibility that his brand of football could be successful at the NFL level, it just wasn't the type of football that I wanted to watch.
I believe the crazy, fanatic Tebow followers are what did Tebow in here in Denver. I firmly believe that without this type of "circus" Tebow would still be here in Denver, working with Elway and Manning to try to iron out his delivery and footwork. There was just too much good that Tebow brought to the table not to try. But the crazy people are what made this solution impossible. They never rest, they never stop and they never look at Tebow objectively. So, to all those Tebow followers, you are the ones to blame for him not being here anymore. Don't blame the Broncos, Elway or those of us who viewed Tebow for what he really is...a great person and a below average quarterback.

whats the over/under in Denver on games till Peyton breaks his neck again? I'll say 56 games , 48 regular season games and 8 playoff games over the next 3 years. This comes from a Bronco fan of course, Superbowl or bust.

I can just imagine, Elway jumping on a zip line from the owner's box and sliding down onto to the field to help put Manning's head back on straight. Maybe he will just stay in and finish the game and season as well.
